Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers work by restoring or adding volume to specific facial compartments where natural HA — the skin's primary water-binding molecule — has diminished with age. Each product line encompasses formulations of varying rheological properties, allowing the treating physician to match gel stiffness, cohesivity, and lifting capacity to the target anatomy — from the superficial dermis in fine lines to deep-plane structural support in cheekbone augmentation. All products used at the clinic contain lidocaine within the formulation, eliminating the need for a separate topical or injectable anaesthetic in most cases and significantly improving comfort during the procedure. The injector performs a detailed facial analysis beforehand to determine optimal placement, product selection, and volume. Treatment areas include the nasolabial folds (smile lines, 7,500 CZK), lip augmentation and definition (1 ml, 7,500 CZK), fine wrinkles and acne scars (from 3,500 CZK for localized fill), cheekbone and midface volumisation, décolletage hydration, periorbital hollowing (tear trough), and full face contouring packages from 10,000 CZK. Swelling and mild bruising may appear for 3–7 days post-treatment; these are normal and resolve without intervention. Final results are typically visible within 3 days of treatment. Duration ranges from 9 to over 12 months depending on the product used, the volume injected, and the metabolic activity of the treatment site. Touch-up sessions are available and recommended at the 6-month mark to maintain optimal results. Filler is a reversible treatment: hyaluronidase enzyme can dissolve HA filler in the rare event of an unwanted result.
