The consultation includes removal of up to three minor skin growths at no extra charge, making it one of the most comprehensive entry-point appointments available in the Prague region at this price point. Conditions assessed include acne, rosacea, dermatitis, pigmentation, hair loss, fungal infections, and suspicious lesions.

Lili Clinic's dermatology consultation is performed by MUDr. Hana Komrsová (board-certified since 1997), MUDr. Zuzana Goldberg (specialist in hair loss and anti-aging), or MUDr. Simona Sefzig (certified in botulinum toxin and injectable techniques). Each consultation begins with a detailed clinical history, followed by a full-body or targeted dermoscopy examination using magnified digital imaging to assess moles, pigmented lesions, and vascular changes. Dermatoscopy allows early detection of atypical lesions that warrant further investigation, and the clinic follows evidence-based protocols for referral if needed. As part of the initial appointment, the dermatologist will remove up to three minor skin growths — such as papillomas, small fibromas, or warts — using the clinic's laser or surgical equipment, without additional charge. This dramatically reduces the typical out-of-pocket cost for patients who would otherwise need to book a separate removal procedure. Conditions regularly managed at the clinic include inflammatory acne (including cystic and hormonal variants), seborrhoeic and atopic dermatitis, rosacea, fungal nail and skin infections, unwanted hair growth, viral warts, xanthelasma, and pigmented naevi. For acne, the dermatologist typically combines diagnosis with pharmacotherapy recommendations and may schedule a follow-up laser or peeling session. For hair loss, a trichoscopy assessment may be conducted to differentiate androgenetic alopecia from other causes. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies (500 CZK fee), reflecting the medical nature of the appointment and the time reserved by the specialist. Follow-up consultations are available at 800 CZK. Insurance from provider 209 (Škoda) is accepted.
