Lifescan Medical & Wellness provides an extensive suite of blood diagnostics as both standalone tests and components of their tiered health screening packages. Standard panels include a full blood count (FBC), fasting glucose and HbA1c for diabetes risk, comprehensive lipid profiles (total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides), liver function tests (ALT, AST, ALP, albumin), kidney function tests (creatinine, eGFR, urea), and thyroid function (TSH, T3, T4). For patients with hormonal concerns, the clinic offers dedicated hormone panels measuring FSH, LH, estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA-S, and prolactin. Inflammatory markers such as hsCRP and ESR are available for cardiovascular and autoimmune risk assessment. Cancer-associated biomarkers including PSA (prostate), CA-125 (ovarian), CEA (colorectal), AFP (liver), and CA 19-9 (pancreatic) feature in higher-tier packages. Specialist panels for cardiac risk assessment, bone health (vitamin D, calcium, parathyroid hormone), and nutritional status are also offered. Blood draws are performed by trained phlebotomists at both the Novena Medical Center and Orchard (Tong Building) branches. Results are processed by accredited laboratories and delivered digitally through the SMG Health+ app, with a physician consultation included to interpret findings and advise on next steps.
