Adhesive Bridge

A bridge replaces one or more missing teeth by anchoring a replacement tooth to the teeth on either side of the gap. An adhesive bridge is a more conservative option that bonds to the back of the neighbouring teeth with minimal preparation, restoring the smile and bite. Conventional bridges built on full crowns are also offered, priced per unit.

A dental bridge fills the gap left by a missing tooth by joining an artificial replacement tooth to the natural teeth or supports on either side. An adhesive bridge — sometimes called a Maryland bridge — is the most conservative type: the replacement tooth is attached using thin wings that bond to the inner surfaces of the adjacent teeth, which means little or no drilling of those healthy teeth is required. It is a particularly useful option for replacing a single missing tooth in the front of the mouth where the neighbouring teeth are sound.
