Vascular laser treatment targets visible dilated blood vessels — facial redness, broken capillaries and spider veins — with light absorbed by the blood, causing the vessel to close and fade. Laser-Medica prices the treatment by area, from a single vessel up to the full face, cheeks, nose or décolleté. A short course is often used for diffuse redness, and the clinic assesses the vessels and skin before treatment to confirm suitability.

Vascular laser works by emitting a wavelength of light that is preferentially absorbed by the haemoglobin inside unwanted blood vessels. The absorbed energy heats and damages the vessel wall, prompting the body to gradually reabsorb it so the visible redness or thread vein fades over the following weeks. It is commonly used for facial telangiectasia (broken capillaries), diffuse redness across the cheeks and nose, and small spider veins, and can also be applied to the neck and décolleté. At Laser-Medica each region is priced separately on the published list — a single prominent vessel from 200 zł, the nose or forehead at 300 zł, the cheeks at 500 zł and the whole face at 800 zł — so treatment can be scaled to the extent of the concern. Diffuse or persistent redness sometimes benefits from more than one session spaced several weeks apart, and treating more than one area in a visit may qualify for a discount. The procedure itself is quick; patients typically feel brief warmth or a light snapping sensation as the laser fires. Afterwards the treated vessels may look darker or the skin slightly pink or swollen for a short time before clearing. Sun protection is advised during a course. A consultation confirms that the visible vessels are suitable for laser and reviews any factors — such as recent sun exposure or certain skin conditions — that affect treatment.
