Endolift — Laser Lifting and Lipolysis

Endolift is a minimally invasive laser procedure that uses micro-optical fibres inserted under the skin to deliver laser energy directly to the subcutaneous tissue — stimulating deep collagen production and simultaneously dissolving fat cells without open surgery. At Laser Care MUDr. Šťastná the procedure is available under the Endolift® registered system (educational resources at endolift.tv) and is used for facial rejuvenation and lifting, jawline contouring and body reshaping of the arms, abdomen, knees and inner thighs. It offers the lifting and body-sculpting outcomes typically associated with surgery but without incisions, general anaesthesia or significant downtime. The face is priced at 30,000 Kč; smaller zones or eye areas at 15,000 Kč.

Endolift is a laser technology that operates through a fundamentally different delivery method from standard surface or fractional laser treatments. Rather than directing laser energy at the skin from outside, Endolift uses a micro-optical fibre — thinner than a human hair — that is introduced through a tiny skin entry point and positioned beneath the skin surface in the subcutaneous plane. Once in position, the laser is activated and the fibre tip emits laser energy omnidirectionally into the surrounding subcutaneous tissue. The energy is absorbed by the subcutaneous fat cells (adipocytes), causing them to lyse — a process known as laser lipolysis — releasing their lipid contents, which are then cleared by the body's lymphatic system over the following weeks. Simultaneously, the thermal effect on the collagen-rich fibrous septae and deep dermis triggers a strong immediate collagen contraction (producing an instant tightening) and a sustained neo-collagenesis response over the following three to six months as the heated collagen fibrils stimulate fibroblast activity. The combined result is a reduction in localised subcutaneous fat, immediate tightening of the overlying skin, and progressive firming as new collagen is laid down — effects that mirror surgical outcomes through a much less invasive route. At Laser Care MUDr. Šťastná, Endolift is offered under the Endolift® registered system — the same technology as used at the dedicated Endolift clinic at endolift-ostrava.cz and documented at endolift.tv. The primary indication is facial rejuvenation and lifting: Endolift addresses the mid-face and lower face where submental fat accumulates (the 'double chin'), jowl formation, jawline blurring and skin laxity on the neck and lower cheeks. The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia: the entry points are numbed, the micro-fibres are inserted, and the laser activated along the planned treatment vectors. The procedure takes approximately 60 minutes for the full face and has minimal downtime — mild swelling and bruising resolve over one to two weeks, and normal daily activity (including return to work) can typically resume within a few days. Full results including the deep collagenesis benefit are visible at three to six months post-treatment. For the body, Endolift addresses the arms (underarm and bat-wing fat), lower abdomen, knees (inner fat pads that resist diet and exercise) and inner thighs — at 5,000 Kč per additional zone beyond the face. These body zones respond well to the laser's combined fat-dissolving and skin-tightening effects because they contain both stubborn localised fat and skin laxity that benefits from the tightening component. Unlike injectable lipolysis alone, which dissolves fat without addressing skin quality, Endolift's dermal collagen stimulation helps prevent skin sagging as the fat volume reduces. The procedure is not a substitute for large-volume liposuction but is well-matched to patients wanting modest fat reduction and meaningful skin tightening in targeted areas without surgery.
