L centrum Pardubice uses the Plexr plasma device — a handheld generator that ionises atmospheric gases between the device tip and the skin surface to create a plasma arc. This plasma energy sublimates (converts directly from solid to gas) a micro-area of superficial skin tissue without touching it, without making incisions, and without transferring heat to surrounding skin. The result is precise tissue removal or skin tightening at the exact point of application. At the clinic, Plexr is used primarily for non-surgical eyelid correction (plasma blepharoplasty), pigmentation removal, and the ablation of xanthelasmas, fibromas and other small benign skin growths. Following the Plexr procedure, biostimulation laser therapy is applied to support and accelerate healing.
About this treatment

Preparation required
Book a physician consultation to assess suitability. Avoid blood-thinning medications for 5 days before. Do not pick or scratch any scabs that form after treatment — allow them to fall off naturally (5–10 days). Apply SPF 50+ to treated areas for at least 2 months post-procedure.
