The TMC3 chemical peel at L centrum Pardubice is an Italian multi-acid professional formula that combines TCA (trichloroacetic acid), mandelic acid, kojic acid, DMAC and vitamins C and lipoic acid into a single, no-downtime treatment applicable year-round. TCA stimulates fibroblast activity and new collagen production; mandelic acid improves skin texture and hydration; kojic acid inhibits melanin synthesis to address pigmentation; DMAC targets age-related skin changes; and antioxidant vitamins C and lipoic acid protect the skin from oxidative stress during regeneration. A course of 4 to 6 sessions, each one week apart, addresses photoaging, chronological aging, dyschromia (pigmentation irregularities), active acne and acne scarring. Unlike many medium-depth peels, the TMC3 formula carries no seasonal restriction — it can be safely performed throughout the year, including summer months.

Preparation required
No special preparation required. Avoid retinoid products for 3–5 days before. Do not exfoliate or wax the skin in the week before. Not suitable during pregnancy or nursing. Post-treatment sun protection with SPF 50+ is recommended.
