MUDr. Kotlářová performs each injection following a physician consultation to map the dynamic wrinkle patterns. Fine-gauge needles deliver a dilute toxin solution into the target muscle groups in multiple small puncture points; the entire procedure takes under 30 minutes. Results develop gradually over 10 days as the neuromuscular blockade takes hold, softening forehead lines, glabellar frown lines and crow's feet. Because botulinum toxin may only be injected by a licensed physician under Czech law, every session at this clinic has the same physician oversight as a medical procedure.

Preparation required
Book a physician consultation. Avoid aspirin and ibuprofen for 3–5 days before. Arrive clean-faced without heavy make-up. Stay upright for 4 hours after injection and avoid touching or pressing the treated area.
