Biostimulation Laser — K-Laser CUBE

L centrum Pardubice's biostimulation laser programme uses the K-Laser CUBE — described by the clinic as four times more powerful than its predecessor Maestra model — to deliver low-level laser therapy (LLLT) at therapeutic intensities across a broad spectrum of medical and cosmetic indications. K-Laser CUBE operates using a multi-wavelength system that penetrates to different tissue depths, stimulating cellular energy production and modulating inflammation without generating heat or ablating tissue. The clinic uses it for muscle and tendon conditions, herpes labialis, fresh scars, bruising, acne, tinnitus, post-operative healing, eczema and trauma injuries — as well as for cosmetic skin rejuvenation. A 550 Kč laser gel mask add-on is available to amplify the treatment's effect on the skin surface.

The K-Laser CUBE system at L centrum Pardubice is a Class IV therapeutic laser delivering power outputs substantially higher than the Class IIIb devices most commonly labelled as 'biostimulation' or 'cold' lasers in aesthetic settings. The CUBE's increased output enables deeper tissue penetration and shorter treatment times compared with lower-power devices, while still operating in the low-level photobiomodulation mode — below the ablative or coagulation thresholds. The mechanism of action is photobiomodulation: photons delivered at wavelengths in the red and near-infrared spectrum (630–1064 nm) are absorbed by cytochrome c oxidase in the mitochondrial respiratory chain, increasing the rate of electron transport, elevating mitochondrial membrane potential, and accelerating ATP production. The downstream cellular consequences include increased production of growth factors (VEGF, EGF, TGF-beta), reduced pro-inflammatory cytokines, enhanced fibroblast migration, and activation of tissue macrophages that clear cellular debris and support regeneration. At L centrum Pardubice, these biological effects are directed at a wide clinical range: musculoskeletal and tendon conditions including delayed-onset muscle soreness, tendinopathy and ligament strains; herpes labialis (cold sores), where irradiation during the prodromal or early vesicular phase may reduce episode severity and duration; fresh post-traumatic scars and bruising; post-operative wound healing acceleration; inflammatory skin conditions including eczema and acne; tinnitus (auricular irradiation); and cosmetic skin rejuvenation for patients who want a non-thermal, non-invasive treatment. The laser gel mask add-on — a 550 Kč optional supplement — combines the application of a bioactive gel (containing ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, antioxidants or anti-inflammatory actives) with laser irradiation over the applied gel, driving deeper penetration of the mask components through laser-mediated enhanced skin permeability.
