During a session you breathe 100% medical-grade oxygen through a BIBS (Built-In Breathing System) mask while resting in a comfortable reclining chair inside the pressurised chamber. The combination of elevated pressure (2.4 ATA is roughly equivalent to diving 14 metres below sea level) and 100% oxygen substantially increases the amount of oxygen dissolved in blood plasma. This drives oxygen into tissues with compromised circulation, supports cellular energy production, and stimulates anti-inflammatory and tissue-repair pathways. Sessions are 60–90 minutes; air filtration is handled by a Pneumatech professional medical-grade filter, and the chamber is equipped with intercom, camera monitoring, adjustable compression/decompression, ambient lighting, and an integrated tablet for entertainment.
