Krajmed's single-session HBOT booking is a 90-minute therapeutic session inside one of two monoplace hard-shell medical-grade chambers at the practice in Warsaw Włochy. The standard treatment dose is 2.5 ATA (atmospheres absolute) — the body copy on the HBOT page explicitly contrasts the 2.5-ATA medical chamber with 1.5-ATA wellness chambers, framing the higher pressure as the threshold beyond which clinical-grade oxygen partial-pressure effects can be expected. The cennik describes the same priced session as 'zabieg w ciśnieniu do 3 ATA' (a treatment up to 3 ATA), so the chambers are specced for the 2.5–3.0 ATA window; the dose used in any given session is set by the qualifying physician at the pre-treatment consult. 100% medical-grade oxygen is delivered via mask while the chamber is pressurised. A medical rescuer (ratownik medyczny) is present in the chamber room throughout the session and maintains constant visual contact with the patient — Krajmed positions HBOT as a supervised clinical service rather than a wellness drop-in. Sessions begin and end with gradual compression and decompression to atmospheric pressure. A 250 PLN HBOT qualification consult is mandatory before a first session. The consult sets course length (Krajmed's published guidance is 10–60 sessions depending on indication, scheduled once daily) and screens for absolute and relative contraindications. Relative contraindications: upper respiratory infection, fever, pregnancy, epilepsy, bronchial asthma, emphysema, COPD, heart failure, prior sinus / ear / chest surgery, optic neuritis, disseminated cancer, claustrophobia. Pre-session preparation also rules out make-up, lotions, hair products, perfume, contact lenses, dentures, and transdermal patches; metal items (including gold and silver jewellery) and fresh-print materials (newspapers) are not permitted in the chamber.
