The flagship offering is Rejuran (polynucleotide / PN), a biocompatible ingredient derived from salmon DNA that stimulates fibroblast activity and collagen synthesis, improving skin elasticity, hydration, and texture over a course of 3 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart. Rejuran is particularly effective for fine lines, enlarged pores, acne scarring, and dark under-eye circles — the last being one of Kowayo's signature treatment areas. Profhilo, an ultra-pure hyaluronic acid bioremodeller, is used for broader skin tightening and hydration improvement across the face and neck, stimulating both collagen and elastin through its slow-release HA action. Redensity 1 is available for targeted under-eye brightening. The clinic also offers Aqua Facials and other surface rejuvenation modalities to complement injectable protocols.
