The protocol is used for acne scarring, deep wrinkles, sagging skin, pigmentation, and hyperkeratosis, with visible renewal continuing for up to four weeks after each session.

Total Skin Renewal ('Totální obnova pleti') pairs two complementary technologies in one session: a high-strength dermo-cosmetic peel and photodynamic light therapy. **Step 1 — B-Hydroxy Chlorophylin peel (Renophase):** After cleansing, a precise sequence of active substances is applied, finishing with a chlorophylin-based mask. The concentrated glycolic-acid formula loosens superficial and deeper layers of damaged skin, initiating an intensive reconstruction process in which shed cells are replaced with new ones. Skin renewal continues in the deeper layers for up to four weeks after treatment. **Step 2 — Omnilux light therapy:** A branded Omnilux PDT lamp delivers light at a precise wavelength and strong intensity over the photoreactive mask for around 20 minutes while the client relaxes. The light activates the photoreactive substances, releasing energy that is reported to stimulate growth factors over approximately 21 days — the period during which tissue reconstruction takes place. The session finishes with a calming cream, which the client also takes home to support the renewal phase. **What it targets:** The combination is used for acne scarring, deep and very deep wrinkles, slack and sagging skin, pigmentation of various origins, and hyperkeratosis.
