Digi Press is a pressotherapy (pneumatic compression) lymphatic massage with 20 programmes tailored to the client. Before each session the therapist measures blood pressure to set the optimal device pressure and performs a short manual massage to activate lymph flow, making the device phase more effective and comfortable. The sequential pressure waves are used to smooth cellulite, reduce fluid retention and the feeling of heavy legs, support body contouring, aid post-sport recovery, and stimulate the lymphatic and immune systems. At 260 Kč per session — or 2,300 Kč for a ten-session course — it is one of the most affordable pressotherapy offerings in the region.
