It includes a detailed history, physical examination, review of the patient's current health status and the design of an individual therapeutic protocol — which may then draw on ozone therapy, IV infusions, bioresonance or detoxification. The initial visit runs about 60 minutes; follow-up sessions are typically scheduled around two months later.

The consultation is conducted by MUDr. Marek Koudelka and blends two perspectives: conventional medicine (history-taking, physical examination, review of existing test results and current symptoms) and holistic and traditional Chinese medicine assessment. **Initial diagnostic examination and therapy (2,500 Kč, ~60 minutes):** A thorough first appointment covering a detailed anamnesis, physical examination, discussion of the patient's current health concerns and goals, and the design of a tailored therapeutic plan. Where appropriate, additional diagnostic methods such as Imedis bioresonance or darkfield blood microscopy may be discussed or arranged to inform the plan. **Follow-up examination and therapy (1,900 Kč, ~50 minutes):** A subsequent session, usually around two months after the initial visit, to review progress, reassess and adjust the protocol.
