PermaLip at GISANT is a permanent lip augmentation using a soft, solid silicone implant inserted into the lip, offering a lasting alternative to hyaluronic acid fillers that gradually break down. One lip is treated for CZK 20,000 and both lips for CZK 30,000. The implant is placed through tiny incisions at the corners of the mouth and is available in different sizes so the volume can be matched to the patient. Because it is a solid implant rather than an injectable gel, it provides stable, permanent volume and can be removed or exchanged if the patient's preference changes.
