Injection lipolysis at GISANT is a non-surgical fat-reduction treatment in which a fat-dissolving solution is injected directly into small, localised fat deposits to break down fat cells, which are then cleared by the body over the following weeks. It targets stubborn areas unsuited to surgery, such as a double chin, jowls or small body pockets. Treatment is priced per ampoule — CZK 1,500 for the first, CZK 1,300 for a second and CZK 1,100 for a third — with the number of ampoules depending on the area. About this treatment
Injection lipolysis is a non-surgical option for reducing small, localised fat deposits that do not warrant liposuction. A solution that breaks down fat-cell membranes is injected directly into the target deposit; the released fat is then metabolised and cleared by the body over the weeks that follow, gradually reducing the volume of the treated area.
At GISANT the treatment is priced per ampoule, with a tapering scale that rewards treating more in one session: CZK 1,500 for the first ampoule, CZK 1,300 for a second and CZK 1,100 for a third. The procedure is quick and requires no anaesthesia: the solution is injected through fine needles across the treatment area. There is no surgical downtime, though some swelling, redness, tenderness and occasional bruising at the injection sites are expected and settle over the following days — swelling can be more pronounced after the first session as the treatment takes effect. Patients can usually return to normal activity straight away.
