Augmentation with modelace combines breast enlargement and a lift (mastopexy) in a single operation, for women who want both more volume and a higher, firmer breast position. The surgeon inserts a silicone implant from Nagor, Polytech or Arion while removing excess skin and repositioning the nipple-areola complex to a youthful height. Because two corrections are performed together, the incision pattern is more extensive than for augmentation alone — an anchor-pattern scar is used when a larger lift is needed. About this treatment
