Root canal treatment removes infected or inflamed tissue from inside a tooth, cleans and disinfects the canals and seals them, allowing a natural tooth to be saved rather than extracted. Klinika Kwiatek performs endodontics under a microscope for precision, and prices by the number of canals in the tooth. Re-treatment of teeth that were root-filled previously is also offered. The treatment is usually followed by a permanent restoration such as a crown or filling.

About this treatment

Root canal (endodontic) treatment is needed when the soft pulp inside a tooth — containing its nerve and blood supply — becomes infected or irreversibly inflamed, often through deep decay, a crack or trauma. The procedure removes this damaged tissue, then cleans, shapes and disinfects the fine canals inside the roots before sealing them, which relieves pain and allows the natural tooth to be kept rather than removed.

At Klinika Kwiatek endodontic treatment is performed under a dental operating microscope, which improves visibility of the canal system and supports thorough cleaning and sealing — particularly valuable in molars with complex anatomy. Pricing reflects how many canals the tooth has: 1,400 zł for a single canal up to 2,650 zł for four canals, with 480 zł for each additional canal found.
