Botulinum toxin injections that soften the dynamic expression lines created by repeated facial movement — horizontal forehead lines, the vertical frown lines between the brows and crow's feet at the outer eyes. About this treatment
Anti-wrinkle injections use small, carefully placed doses of botulinum toxin to temporarily reduce the activity of the muscles that fold the skin during expression. As those muscles relax over the following days, the overlying skin creases less and existing dynamic lines soften.
