Surgery is performed in the clinic's own facility in central Prague with overnight hospitalization.
About this treatment
Rhinoplasty is widely considered the most demanding aesthetic operation: millimetre changes alter the whole face, the structure must keep working as an airway, and healing continues for a year. Techniques and pricing
- Closed (endonasal) rhinoplasty — full nose (soft tissue + bone) from 80,000 Kč: all incisions inside the nostrils, no external scar, less swelling. Suited to hump reduction, moderate tip work and bridge narrowing.
- Open rhinoplasty — full nose from 145,000 Kč: a small columellar incision gives full visibility of the nasal framework, preferred for complex tips, revision work and major structural grafting.
- Tip-only (soft nose) surgery: closed from 58,000 Kč under GA (−8,000 Kč if local anaesthesia suffices); open from 85,000 Kč — for patients whose bony pyramid is fine but the tip is bulbous, drooping or asymmetric.
- Septoplasty — from 45,500 Kč: straightening a deviated septum for breathing, performed alone or combined with aesthetic rhinoplasty (septorhinoplasty) so function and form are addressed in one anaesthetic.
