Klinika Esthé offers polynucleotide injections — a newer class of regenerative injectable derived from purified DNA fragments — to improve skin quality, elasticity and hydration in areas where fillers are unsuitable, such as the under-eye region, neck and lower face. Polynucleotides are associated with fibroblast stimulation and tissue-repair support rather than volume addition, making them a natural-looking option for skin that looks tired, thin or crepey. Sessions take under an hour with minimal downtime and are performed by the clinic's aesthetic medicine physicians.
Polynucleotides (PN/PDRN) are purified, fragmented DNA chains of biological origin that, when injected into the skin, are associated with fibroblast activation, improved tissue hydration and a better environment for dermal repair. Unlike cross-linked hyaluronic acid fillers, they add essentially no volume — their role is regenerative: improving skin thickness, elasticity, tone and the appearance of fine crepey texture. This makes them particularly useful in delicate areas where volumising products risk puffiness, above all the under-eye region, as well as the neck, lower face and perioral skin. **The session at Esthé:** after physician assessment, the product is placed via a series of small injections or micro-boluses into the target zone. Topical anaesthetic can be used. The session takes 30–45 minutes; small injection-point bumps and possible light bruising settle over 24–72 hours. **Course and results:** the standard protocol is 2–3 sessions spaced 3–4 weeks apart. Skin quality changes appear gradually over the weeks following each session as the regenerative response develops, with the overall result typically assessed around 8–12 weeks after the final session. Maintenance once or twice a year sustains the effect. Polynucleotides combine well with botulinum toxin, mesotherapy and fillers in a staged plan, which the clinic's physicians can coordinate. **Pricing:** from 6,500 Kč per session, varying with the product volume and area treated — confirmed at consultation.
