Mesotherapy — Skin Biorevitalisation

Type

Mesotherapy

Duration

45 min

Mesotherapy at Klinika Esthé delivers micro-injections of hyaluronic acid, vitamins and revitalising complexes into the superficial skin layers of the face or eye area to improve hydration, elasticity and overall skin quality. Performed by the clinic's aesthetic medicine physicians, the treatment targets dull, dehydrated or early-ageing skin without altering facial volume or expression, and requires minimal downtime. Sessions cover the face (1 ml or 2 ml product volume) or the delicate eye area, and are commonly delivered as a short series for cumulative biorevitalisation results.

Biorevitalisation mesotherapy is one of the foundational treatments of modern aesthetic medicine: rather than filling lines or relaxing muscles, it works on the skin itself. A physician places a grid of very fine micro-injections containing non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid — often combined with vitamins, amino acids and antioxidants — into the superficial dermis. The hyaluronic acid binds water within the skin, immediately improving hydration, while the micro-needling stimulus itself is associated with fibroblast activation and gradual improvements in skin firmness and texture over the following weeks. At Klinika Esthé the treatment is performed by aesthetic medicine physicians (the injectables programme is led by MUDr. Mária Kozák Figlárová) within a clinic that has practised facial aesthetics for more than 25 years. Two facial dosing options are offered — 1 ml (6,900 Kč) for maintenance or smaller treatment fields, and 2 ml (9,900 Kč) for full-face revitalisation — plus a dedicated eye-area protocol (4,900 Kč) for crepey skin and fine lines around the orbital region. **The session:** the skin is cleansed and a topical anaesthetic may be applied. Injections take 20–30 minutes. Small wheals at the injection points typically settle within hours to a day; mild redness or pinpoint bruising can occur. Make-up is usually avoided for 24 hours. **Results and course:** skin feels more hydrated within days, with texture and radiance improving over 2–4 weeks. A series of two to four sessions spaced several weeks apart, followed by maintenance once or twice a year, is the standard biorevitalisation rhythm. The treatment combines well with botulinum toxin and fillers, which the clinic can plan as a coordinated facial programme.
