The clinic also offers Renuvion helium-plasma skin tightening — alone or combined with liposuction — to contract loose skin in the same session, and uses harvested fat for lipofilling where patients want volume restored elsewhere.

Liposuction permanently removes fat cells from genetically stubborn deposits — the lower abdomen, flanks, inner and outer thighs, upper arms, knees and chin — that resist diet and exercise.
