Lip treatments are highly technique- and diagnosis-dependent: the best result comes from choosing the right tool for the anatomy. Esthé's lip programme spans three approaches under one roof. **1. Hyaluronic acid augmentation / hydration — 9,500 Kč.** A physician shapes the lips with soft, lip-specific HA gel: adding volume, defining the vermilion border, correcting asymmetry, or simply deeply hydrating thin, lined lips with minimal volume change ("hydration" dosing). The product contains lidocaine; treatment takes 20–30 minutes. Lips swell noticeably for 2–3 days — the true result shows at about one week. Duration is typically 9–12 months. **2. Botulinum lip flip — 3,500 Kč.** A few units relax the upper lip border so it rolls slightly outward, increasing visible lip show when smiling. No volume is added; the effect is subtle and lasts around 2–3 months. Often combined with filler or used as a low-commitment first step. **3. Bullhorn lip lift — from 22,000 Kč (surgical).** When the white upper lip (philtrum) has lengthened with age, no filler can fix the proportion — a lip lift surgically shortens the distance under the nose, permanently rolling the upper lip upward. The scar is hidden in the nostril base crease.
