Mesotherapy of the scalp delivers active ingredients — typically B-vitamins, amino acids, peptides, minerals and hyaluronic acid — directly to the level of the hair follicles via a grid of shallow micro-injections. By improving the local nutrient environment and microcirculation around the follicle, the approach is associated with reduced shedding and improved hair shaft quality in diffuse, early-stage thinning; it does not recreate follicles that are already lost, which is why the clinic also offers FUE transplantation for more advanced loss. **The session at Esthé:** the scalp is cleansed and the physician performs the injection grid across the thinning zones, usually in 20–30 minutes.
