Each session takes about 20–30 minutes; swelling for several days is expected and is part of the mechanism. About this treatment
A persistent fullness under the chin is one of the most common aesthetic complaints — and one of the least responsive to diet, because the submental fat pad is partly genetically determined. Injectable lipolysis (fat-dissolving injections, most commonly deoxycholic-acid-based) destroys fat cell membranes in the treated pad; the released fat is then cleared gradually by the body's metabolic pathways. The session at Esthé
