Options and pricing
- Silicone implant augmentation — from 65,000 Kč + implants: the standard approach, with implant choice as a separate transparent line item — round (35,000 Kč), ergonomic (41,000 Kč) or anatomic (48,000 Kč) per pair. Implant style, size and pocket plane (submuscular/subglandular) are planned at consultation with sizers.
- Preservé minimally invasive augmentation — from 74,000 Kč excl. implants: a tissue-preserving technique using a shorter incision and minimal dissection, designed for faster recovery; offered as a set with Motiva Ergonomix 2 implants at 86,000 Kč.
- Fat-transfer augmentation — from 115,000 Kč: liposuction harvests the patient's own fat, which is processed and grafted to the breasts — a modest, fully natural enhancement with the bonus of contouring the donor zone. Esthé performed the first Czech breast reconstruction using stem-cell-enriched fat transfer.
- Internal bra — from 7,500 Kč: internal support sutures or mesh to stabilise implant position and lower-pole stretch in suitable cases.
