BoM Longevity Quick Check

Type

Full Body Checkup

Duration

45 min

An entry-level longevity snapshot that combines the clinic's three core diagnostics in one appointment: InBody 580 body composition, InBody InGrip grip strength and a resting Seismofit VO2 max. Together they give an objective read on muscle and fat, functional strength and cardiorespiratory fitness — three pillars of how the body ages — followed by a doctor's explanation of all the results and tailored recommendations. At Klinika Best of Me it is positioned as the fast way to see where your health and vitality stand before problems develop, and as the natural starting point before the deeper Longevity Audit or a transformation program.

The BoM Longevity Quick Check is designed as a single-visit overview of the body's key longevity markers, bundling the clinic's three standalone diagnostics so they can be performed and interpreted together. In one appointment you complete the InBody 580 body-composition analysis (skeletal-muscle mass, body fat, visceral fat, body water and basal metabolic rate), the InBody InGrip hand-grip strength measurement (a validated proxy for whole-body strength and a sarcopenia screen), and the Seismofit resting VO2 max examination (an AI-derived estimate of cardiorespiratory fitness measured lying down, with no treadmill or mask). None of the three is invasive, and the whole visit is comfortable and quick. The value of taking them as a bundle is in the combined interpretation. A clinician reviews all three results together and explains how muscle, fat, strength and aerobic fitness interact for your situation, then the multidisciplinary team translates the findings into concrete recommendations across nutrition, movement and recovery. Reading the metrics side by side is more informative than any one alone — for example, good body composition with low grip strength or a modest VO2 max points to different priorities than the reverse. The Quick Check is aimed at people who want a fast, objective snapshot of their current health and vitality before problems develop, and it functions as the clinic's main entry point: a low-commitment way to get a baseline and to decide whether to go deeper with the 40+ marker BoM Longevity Audit or to join one of the six-month Kickstart transformation programs, where these same measurements are repeated to track progress. Because the components are non-invasive, the only preparation is the body-composition guidance — be normally hydrated and avoid heavy exercise, large meals, alcohol or sauna just beforehand — and results are discussed during the same visit.
