RF Microneedling (SECRET RF)

SECRET RF combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy delivered into the deeper skin to firm laxity and improve texture more powerfully than microneedling alone. The radiofrequency heats the dermis to stimulate collagen, making it well suited to early jowls, crêpey eye-area skin and uneven texture. A short course gives the most noticeable tightening, and the clinic prices facial, eye and chin areas individually.

SECRET RF is a fractional radiofrequency microneedling system that pairs the collagen-stimulating effect of fine microneedles with controlled radiofrequency energy released from the needle tips into the deeper layers of the skin. While the micro-needles trigger the skin's natural surface-repair response, the radiofrequency heats the dermis to contract existing collagen fibres and prompt new collagen and elastin formation — producing a firming and tightening effect that plain microneedling cannot achieve on its own. At Klinika Beauty the area is cleansed and numbed with topical anaesthetic before treatment, which takes around an hour for the face. Afterwards skin is typically pink with a feeling of mild tightness or warmth for a day or two, with limited other downtime. It is particularly useful for early skin laxity — softening jowls, firming the lower face and refining crêpey skin around the eyes — as well as enlarged pores and some scarring. Because the effect builds as collagen remodels, a course of around three sessions spaced several weeks apart is recommended, with results continuing to improve over the following months and maintenance once or twice a year. The clinic prices the face, the delicate eye area and the chin separately so treatment can be focused where it is needed. Strict daily sun protection is advised during a course.
