Introductory consultation plus a 30-minute hyperbaric oxygen therapy session at any KCTH branch in Kraków. Designed as a low-commitment first visit so the staff can take history, review contraindications and walk first-timers through the chamber before they commit to a full 60-minute session or the annual subscription.

KCTH's demo session bundles a short consultation with a 30-minute in-chamber HBOT block at the introductory price of 80 PLN. The format is aimed at clients who have heard about hyperbaric oxygen therapy but want to experience the chamber and meet the staff before booking a full 60-minute session or a 1,900 PLN annual subscription. The consultation portion covers history-taking, contraindication screening (active chemotherapy and radiotherapy are flagged on KCTH's site as contraindications) and an ear-equalisation briefing. The 30-minute chamber portion is shorter than the standard 60-minute session and is positioned as a familiarisation rather than a therapeutic dose. KCTH does not publish the chamber model, manufacturer or ATA pressure on the public website. Network-level research suggests soft-shell chambers in the 1.3 ATA range, but this is not confirmed; verify with the studio if specific pressure or oxygen-delivery method matters for your goals. KCTH's branding around the ZdrowiNaLata longevity programme positions HBOT for general wellness, recovery and longevity-stack use rather than UHMS-recognised clinical indications, which require hospital hyperbaric departments at ≥2.0 ATA.
