KCM's Dental Clinic offers in-chair LYDENTI LED whitening and Opalescence take-home whitening with custom-made trays, both using dental-grade gels under a dentist's supervision. A hygiene clean is advised first so the result is even, and the approach can be matched to how quickly and how much lightening is wanted.

Professional whitening uses controlled-strength peroxide gels to lighten the natural colour of the teeth and reduce staining built up over time. Because the gels are dental-grade and applied under supervision, professional whitening is more predictable and better protected than over-the-counter kits. At KCM's Dental Clinic the dentist checks that the teeth and gums are healthy first — whitening works on natural enamel, not on crowns, veneers or fillings — and usually recommends a hygiene clean beforehand so the gel acts evenly. Two routes are offered. In-chair LYDENTI whitening uses an LED lamp to accelerate the gel over two cycles in a single appointment (1,200 zł), with an optional refresher cycle later (600 zł), and suits patients who want a visible change quickly — convenient for those visiting from abroad. The Opalescence system (1,500 zł) is a take-home method: custom trays are made to fit the teeth and the patient wears the gel for a set period over several days, with refill syringes available at 400 zł for later top-ups. A darkened single non-vital tooth can be whitened from the inside as a separate treatment. Mild, temporary tooth sensitivity is the most common side effect and settles after treatment. Results depend on the starting shade and lifestyle, and the dentist advises on maintaining them; whitening is not performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
