Platelet-rich plasma uses a small sample of your own blood, spun to concentrate its platelets and growth factors, which is then injected to stimulate skin repair and rejuvenation. Because it is autologous — derived entirely from you — it is well tolerated and a natural option for improving skin quality, tone and firmness. It can be focused on the face, décolletage or scarring, and a short course gives the most noticeable results.
