Ultrasonic, or painless, liposuction is a non-surgical alternative to surgical lipo that uses ultrasound cavitation to break down localised fat. At KAMASlim & Young Clinic the treatment combines ultrasound waves, which rupture the membranes of fat cells, with monopolar, bipolar and tripolar radiofrequency handpieces. The released fat contents are metabolised over about two weeks and the lymphatic system clears the remnants. Each session pairs 30 minutes of active ultrasound with a lipolytic wrap to prevent fat re-depositing and machine-assisted lymphatic drainage, with visible results typically within 14 days.
