The three-area Botox protocol at K2 Medical treats the full upper face in one appointment — horizontal forehead lines, vertical glabellar furrows between the brows, and lateral crow's feet at the outer eye corners. Treating all three zones together produces a more harmonious and natural result than addressing a single area in isolation, because the muscles of the upper face work in concert: relaxing only the forehead without treating the glabella, for example, can sometimes allow compensatory brow depression. The treating physician assesses each zone independently, adjusting the dose per area based on muscle strength, skin thickness, and the patient's desired outcome. Stronger muscles — particularly in the glabellar complex (corrugator and procerus muscles) — typically receive higher unit counts, while the frontalis across the forehead and the orbicularis oculi around the eyes receive lighter doses to preserve natural brow movement and the ability to smile without restriction. The combined session takes approximately 30 minutes from consultation to completion.
