PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy at JetSet Clinic uses the patient's own blood, centrifuged to concentrate platelets to 4 to 6 times physiological levels, then injected into the dermis of the face and optionally the neck. The concentrated platelets release a complex mixture of growth factors — including PDGF, TGF-β, VEGF, and EGF — that stimulate fibroblast proliferation, collagen and elastin synthesis, angiogenesis, and tissue repair. JetSet Clinic offers two PRP volumes: 8ml for the face alone (900 PLN per session, 3-session package 2,500 PLN) and 12ml for face plus neck (1,000 PLN per session, 3-session package 2,750 PLN). The volume reflects the number of blood draw tubes centrifuged to yield the active fraction. Higher PRP volumes generally deliver more growth factor concentration to larger surface areas. The "vampire lifting" protocol involves multiple intradermal micro-injections distributed across the face in a grid pattern, sometimes combined with dermal filler in the same session for a combined volumising and biostimulating approach. The technique targets all facial zones including the periorbital area (around the eyes), décolletage, and scalp (for hair loss applications). Treatment is performed under topical anaesthetic. The PLASMOO option (1,200 PLN per session, 3-session package 2,100 PLN, autologous biostimulation face + neck) uses a proprietary protocol that processes a larger blood draw volume through a different centrifugation protocol to yield activated platelet-rich fibrin rather than liquid PRP, providing a slower-release growth factor matrix. Results from a 3-session PRP course include improved skin hydration, reduced pore appearance, enhanced surface texture, reduction in superficial fine lines, and gradual improvement in skin firmness over 3 to 6 months. Results are natural-looking and cannot be mistaken for filler.
