Hyperhidrosis treatment with botulinum toxin is the gold-standard non-surgical intervention for excessive sweating. JetSet Clinic charges 1,900 PLN for bilateral underarm treatment — a competitive price for Warsaw and significantly below equivalent procedures in German clinics (typically 600–1,000 EUR). The procedure involves multiple intradermal micro-injections of botulinum toxin across both axillae (underarms), targeting the eccrine sweat glands. The toxin blocks the cholinergic nerve signals that stimulate sweat secretion, producing a marked and rapid reduction in axillary perspiration. Most patients experience 80 to 95% reduction in sweating within 2 weeks of treatment. Unlike topical treatments (clinical-strength antiperspirants, iontophoresis), botulinum toxin hyperhidrosis treatment requires no daily maintenance and does not cause the skin irritation associated with aluminum-based products.
