About this treatment
Alcohol is a diuretic that depletes fluids, electrolytes, and B vitamins while generating acetaldehyde — a toxic metabolite responsible for many hangover symptoms. The Hangover Recovery IV delivers isotonic saline directly into the bloodstream for rapid rehydration, bypassing the slow absorption of oral fluids through a compromised digestive system.
The formulation includes B-complex vitamins (depleted by alcohol metabolism), electrolytes to restore balance, and nutrients that support hepatic detoxification pathways. Alcohol inhibits the absorption of B1 (thiamine), B6, and B12, making intravenous delivery particularly effective in the post-alcohol state when the gut is inflamed and absorption is further reduced.
The infusion takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Many clients report feeling significantly better by the end of the session — rehydrated, clearer-headed, and with reduced nausea.
