Vibration liposuction at ISCARE Klinické centrum uses a power-assisted liposuction (PAL) technique where a motorised cannula oscillates or rotates at high speed while simultaneously aspirating fat cells. The rapid movement of the cannula tip breaks up and emulsifies adipose tissue more efficiently than manual technique, resulting in smoother removal, reduced surgeon fatigue, and less trauma to surrounding tissue — translating clinically into less bruising, a faster recovery, and more uniform final contours. The procedure can target 1–4 zones in a single operative session, with pricing structured accordingly: one zone from 32,000 Kč, two zones 41,000 Kč, three to four zones 49,000 Kč, with each additional zone beyond the package costing 8,000 Kč. Small-area liposuction (chin only) is offered at a reduced 17,000 Kč. The procedure begins with a pre-operative consultation to define target areas, confirm candidacy (stable weight, good skin elasticity, localised fat deposits not responsive to diet and exercise), and take standardised photographs for comparison. A tumescent solution is infiltrated into each zone before aspiration to minimise bleeding and discomfort. Procedure time varies from 45 minutes (small area) to over 2 hours for multi-zone cases. A compression garment is worn for 4–6 weeks post-operatively to support tissue remodelling and reduce swelling. Most patients resume light work within 5–7 days. Swelling continues to diminish over 3–6 months until final contour is visible. The results of liposuction are permanent in the treated areas provided weight is maintained; weight gain distributes to untreated areas.
