Breast augmentation at ISCARE Klinické centrum is carried out by MUDr. Alexander Vatľak in a fully equipped day-surgery theatre at the clinic's Prague 9 facility. The process begins with a free, no-obligation consultation where the surgeon assesses breast anatomy, discusses implant options, and creates a personalised surgical plan aligned with the patient's goals and proportions. ISCARE uses Mentor implants — a globally trusted brand — available in three configurations: round silicone, round Xtra (higher projection), and anatomical (teardrop) profiles. Implant pairs are priced from 36,000 Kč (round) to 45,000 Kč (anatomical) on top of the base procedure fee of 40,000 Kč. Until 30 June 2026 an all-inclusive promotional package starts at 88,300 Kč and covers the consultation, surgery, implants, general anaesthesia, one-day hospitalisation, a compression bra, and scheduled post-operative follow-up appointments. During surgery, implants are typically placed either subglandularly or in a dual-plane position (partially under the pectoralis major muscle) depending on the patient's existing tissue and preference. The incision is made in the inframammary fold to minimise visible scarring. Procedure time is approximately 60–90 minutes under general anaesthesia administered by a specialist anaesthesiologist. Following surgery, patients spend one day in hospital under nursing supervision before discharge with a compression garment and written aftercare instructions. Most patients return to desk-based work within 7–10 days; strenuous physical activity is restricted for 6 weeks. Final implant settling takes 3–6 months. Post-operative consultations are included in the all-inclusive package and can be conducted in Czech, English, or German, making ISCARE well-suited for international patients. Ideal candidates are women in good general health who wish to increase breast volume, restore breast fullness after pregnancy or weight loss, or correct asymmetry.
