The incision is placed in the natural eyelid crease, making it virtually invisible once healed. Lower blepharoplasty (19,000 Kč) targets under-eye bags caused by herniated orbital fat, and excess lower lid skin. Fat is removed or repositioned into the tear trough to smooth the transition between eyelid and cheek.
