Arm contouring (brachioplasty with liposuction, 78,000 Kč) addresses the 'bat wing' appearance — excess skin and fat hanging from the inner upper arm between the axilla and elbow. The procedure involves vibration liposuction to remove the fat component, followed by excision of excess skin via an incision running along the inner arm, typically from the armpit to the elbow. The resulting scar is placed in the axillary groove and inner bicipital sulcus, where it is concealed when the arms are at rest. Thigh contouring (with liposuction, 88,000 Kč) addresses inner thigh skin laxity and fat, which can cause chafing, discomfort, and aesthetic concern.
