Intellect Clinic's mental health assessments are conducted by accredited clinical psychologists and counselling psychologists registered with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS). The assessment process begins with a structured clinical interview to understand the client's presenting concerns, history, and goals, followed by validated psychometric tools appropriate to the referral question. For adults, common assessments include generalised anxiety and depression screening (GAD-7, PHQ-9), trauma and PTSD evaluation (PCL-5, CAPS), OCD severity rating (Y-BOCS), and personality profiling. For children and adolescents, the clinic offers ADHD assessments (Conners, CBCL) and autism spectrum evaluations. Neuropsychological assessments examine cognitive domains including memory, attention, executive function, and processing speed — relevant for post-injury rehabilitation, academic difficulty, or early cognitive decline screening. Each assessment concludes with a written clinical report suitable for school, employer, or legal purposes if required. Dr. Oliver Suendermann, the clinic's principal psychologist, leads complex OCD, BDD, and PTSD cases. The assessment fee varies by complexity and psychologist grade, starting from SGD 240 for a clinical psychologist session. Full neuropsychological batteries are priced on a case-by-case basis. The clinic operates from Marina One and 25 North Bridge Road, with appointments available Monday to Saturday.
