ILK's mesotherapy formula contains 58 active ingredients delivered by micro-injection directly into the dermis — bypassing the epidermal barrier entirely. The cocktail includes biomimetic peptides, nanoencapsulated hyaluronic acid, amino acids, nucleic acids, vitamins, minerals, and coenzymes, all working synergistically to stimulate collagen production, restore skin hydration and improve elasticity. Unlike topical serums, intradermal delivery places these actives at the depth of the fibroblasts where they stimulate new collagen and elastin. The procedure uses fine needles; a consultation assesses skin condition and maps the treatment zones. Microneedling can be added for enhanced channel penetration.

The formula is structured around several synergistic categories: biomimetic peptides that signal fibroblasts to upregulate collagen and elastin synthesis; nanoencapsulated hyaluronic acid designed to reach deeper skin layers without degrading before absorption; amino acids that serve as structural building blocks for new collagen fibrils; nucleic acids that support cellular repair and regeneration; B vitamins and vitamin C as cofactors in collagen hydroxylation and antioxidant defence; minerals including zinc and selenium; and coenzymes that participate in the cellular energy pathways that drive active tissue remodelling. The nanoencapsulation technology is particularly significant: by packaging actives in lipid nanoparticles, the formula overcomes the permeability barrier that limits conventional topical products, ensuring the full 58-ingredient load reaches dermal fibroblasts and keratinocytes at therapeutic concentrations. Treatment areas include the full face, eye area, forehead, neck, décolletage, hands, arms, and knees. A consultation maps the skin's specific deficits — fine lines, laxity, dehydration, dullness — and selects the most relevant injection pattern. The session uses a mesotherapy gun or manual technique; multiple punctures are placed in a grid or whipping pattern at 1–2 mm depth. A microneedling pass (1,500 Kč add-on) can be performed immediately after injection to drive the remaining surface formula deeper through the micro-channels. The first follow-up is recommended at 6 weeks; for significant rejuvenation goals, an initial course of 3–6 sessions is typical, with maintenance 1–2 times annually thereafter. Post-treatment skin is mildly red for 24–48 hours; bruising at injection sites resolves within a few days.
