Dermal filler treatment at ILK goes beyond single-area correction — the clinic's physicians approach facial volume restoration from an anatomical perspective, selecting filler type, viscosity, and volume based on the specific structural needs of each zone. Two distinct product families are used. Calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) is a mineral-based filler with a higher viscosity and a particulate phase that stimulates fibroblast collagen production in addition to providing immediate volume. It is particularly suited to deeper lines such as nasolabial folds and marionette lines, where its structural stiffness supports the weight of overlying tissue. A 1.5 ml nasolabial treatment with CaHA is priced at 9,900 Kč and delivers results lasting 12–18 months. Hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers are gel-based, softer, and ideal for areas requiring fine volume and natural movement — the lips (6,900 Kč), the under-eye tear trough, and fine perioral lines. HA is gradually broken down by the body's hyaluronidase over 6–12 months and is fully reversible using injected hyaluronidase if correction is needed. Liquid lifting (15,300 Kč) is an advanced multi-point technique that addresses global facial volume loss by placing smaller quantities of filler across multiple anatomical zones in a single session — cheeks, temples, jawline, and nasolabial area — to create an overall rejuvenated appearance rather than treating individual lines in isolation. The consultation (300 Kč) is used to assess facial anatomy, note asymmetries, review prior filler history and check for contraindications including pregnancy, autoimmune conditions, and active skin infections. A topical numbing cream or built-in lidocaine in the filler product reduces discomfort during injection. Post-procedure swelling peaks at 24–48 hours and subsides within a few days; bruising at injection sites may occur and typically resolves within a week.
