About this treatment
The inner thigh is one of the areas most affected by skin laxity after substantial weight loss: the overstretched skin envelope hangs in folds that rub when walking, irritate in warm weather, and resist any amount of training. Walking is encouraged from the first day, but wide-legged movement and sport are restricted for four to six weeks while the inner-thigh incisions heal.
