Botulinum toxin treatment for hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) of the underarms, palms or soles, performed personally by plastic surgeon Prim. MUDr. Inka Třešková. About this treatment
Hyperhidrosis — uncontrolled, excessive sweating of the underarms, palms, soles or other areas — can cause significant social stress that resists antiperspirants and lifestyle measures. Botulinum toxin offers a highly effective, low-risk solution: injected superficially into the affected skin, it blocks the nerve signals that drive the sweat glands, sharply reducing sweat production in the treated area.
