At the free consultation she assesses skin quality, the degree of jowling and neck laxity, and discusses the appropriate extent of the lift, including whether to combine it with eyelid surgery or fat transfer for a balanced result.
The operation is performed under general anaesthesia (included) in the FN Plzeň theatres, followed by an overnight inpatient stay billed per the hospital tariff. Swelling and bruising largely settle within two to three weeks; most patients feel socially presentable after 2–3 weeks, with final refinement over several months. Results typically last 8–12 years.

Preparation required
