Facelift

A facelift surgically tightens sagging skin and deeper facial tissues of the lower face and neck, smoothing jowls and restoring a defined jawline for a result that injectables cannot achieve. Prim. As facial ageing progresses, skin laxity, descent of the deep soft tissues, and loss of jawline definition reach a point where fillers and energy-based treatments can no longer compensate. A facelift (rhytidectomy) addresses the structural problem directly: through incisions concealed around the ear and hairline, the skin and the deeper SMAS tissue layer are lifted and re-suspended, excess skin is removed, and the lower face and neck are restored to a naturally firmer contour.
