About this treatment
Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a naturally occurring molecule that binds water in the skin; injectable HA gels replace the volume and hydration the face loses with age. Fillers are the treatment of choice for static wrinkles and folds — lines visible at rest, such as nasolabial folds and marionette lines — and for restoring deflated volume in the cheeks and mid-face, where lost projection makes the whole face look tired.
Having fillers placed by a fully qualified plastic surgeon is a meaningful safety advantage: precise knowledge of facial vascular anatomy minimises the risk of injecting near critical vessels, and a surgeon's aesthetic judgement keeps results natural rather than overfilled — consistent with Dr Třešková's philosophy of preserving each client's natural beauty.
The treatment takes about 20–30 minutes. Most modern HA fillers contain lidocaine, making injections comfortable; a numbing cream can be applied beforehand. Results are visible immediately, settle fully within two weeks, and last roughly 9–18 months depending on the product, the area treated, and individual metabolism. Preparation required
Avoid blood-thinning medication, aspirin, and alcohol for 48 hours before to reduce bruising. Arrive with clean skin. Avoid intense exercise, sauna, and pressure on the treated area for 24–48 hours after.
